If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund or credit within 7 days (this excludes items that are custom-made, rushed, or discounted).

Before sending an item back, you must contact us at support@smithgoldsmith.com so that we can send you instructions.

You have 7 days from the time you sign for your package to postmark the return package.  Please note that your purchase will only be accepted for return if it is in the original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

You are also responsible for guaranteeing the safe return of your package to us, by packaging and shipping the item according to the instructions we send you.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

After 7 calendar days from receipt, items are no longer eligible for return, but are eligible for store credit within 14 days. After 14 days from receipt, all sales are considered final.
